Some of the tasks that we successfully completed during the construction:

Mechanical works:

• Design the chilled and heating system for the building (the ETS room and the networks in the floors)
• Installing the ETS Room with one chilled heat exchanger and one heating heat exchanger and with total 6 pumps.
• Installing the chilled and heating networks.
• Installing all pipe works, Energy meter and controllers for district side in the ETS room.
• Installing the firefighting network system.
• Installing a stand by chiller with all pipe works and controllers.

Electrical works:

• Design and install the VFD’s panels for the chilled and heating system.
• Design and install the fire alarm system.
• Design and install the BMS for the building.
